The Cougars scored in every inning but one and every player on the roster got an at-bat as they romped over the Vandals 14-3 at Vandalia on Monday.

 

Eleven players had at least one hit each as Jayme Michel (2 RBI's), Tanner Bushue (2 RBI's), Will Crain (2 RBI's), and Devin Hall (1 RBI) led the way with two apiece.

 

Starting pitcher Lance Schneider went the distance to pick up his second win without a loss as he tossed all seven innings allowing three runs on four hits with three walks and six strikeouts.

 

The Cougars are back in action on Tuesday when they travel to Centralia to take on the Orphans at 4:30 PM.
